It includes different types of tests without intervention to diagnose all types of Heart diseases.

• ECG
• Echocardiography to diagnose the following heart diseases:

1. Evaluate the heart muscle before the surgeries.
2. Evaluate the heart function during contraction and relaxation.
3. Weak heart muscle and its causes.
4. Coronary artery diseases at rest.
5. Heart valve diseases and its causes and severity.
6. The effect of high blood pressure on the heart muscle.
7. High pulmonary artery pressure
8. Clots inside the heart chambers
9. Congenital heart disease.

• Stress tests to diagnose coronary artery disease with effect includes the following:

1. Exercise ECG test with treadmill
2. Exercise ECG test with both treadmill and echo at the same time.
3. Stress test by medicine injecting dobutamine in the veins, monitor the heart and echo at the same time to the patients who can’t walk due to any reason.

• Holter is a machine attached to the patient for 24-48 hours to monitor and diagnose fast or irregular heartbeats and electricity of the heart.
• Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is a machine attached to the patient for 24hrs to diagnose new cases of High Blood Pressure, or follow up of patient with fluctuated or uncontrolled Blood Pressure.
